TALDYN

Taldyn gives your company a managed AI build lane. Submit workflow requests, approve fixed-credit scopes, and get production-ready automations, agents, and internal tools shipped.
Request → Scope → Approve → Ship
Nobody has the authority to clear access, budget, and process decisions.
The prototype sits outside the real workflow, so employees keep doing the work the old way.
Nobody agreed what success should change, so the project loses funding to initiatives with measurable value.
Workflows ranked by business value, effort, risk, and feasibility.
One or more approved builds released to real users or a controlled production pilot.
Hours, cycle time, quality, and usage compared with pre-launch performance.
Code, configurations, runbooks, and training materials handed to your team.
A repeatable rhythm for scoping, approving, shipping, and improving work.
Map the backlog and ship the first controlled build.
Drive adoption, measure usage, and ship the next priority.
Prove the lane, report impact, and define the next cycle.
You approve outcomes, not timesheets. Fixes required to meet the approved scope do not consume additional credits.
A credit is a unit of scoped delivery complexity—not an engineering hour. Each request is sized based on its scope, integrations, data readiness, testing, documentation, security requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Every credit estimate is approved in writing before work begins.
Every pod includes written scopes, acceptance criteria, client-approved credits, QA, documentation, and client-controlled access. All pods start with a 90-day commitment. Third-party tools, model usage, enrichment, hosting, and client-specific software costs may be billed separately when required.
| Taldyn Build Pod | Internal hiring |
|---|---|
| First workflow can ship within weeks | Recruiting and ramp take months |
| Cross-functional delivery coverage | Each hire brings a narrower skill set |
| Taldyn manages the delivery process | You recruit, manage, and retain the team |
| Backlog can change monthly | Staffing changes take time |
| 90-day initial commitment | Long-term payroll obligation |
A pod does not have to replace your future internal team. It gives you a way to ship now, learn what capabilities you actually need, and hand over documented workflows when you are ready to hire.
The people scoping and demonstrating the work stay close to the build. No offshoring, no handoff maze.
Every request has a written scope, credit estimate, and acceptance criteria. Incentives aligned to accepted outcomes.
Human review, documentation, auditability, and handoff are designed into the workflow—not added after the demo.
Bring us the backlog. We will identify the first workflow worth scoping and show you which pod fits.
